AI Enablement
We help teams make AI part of how work gets done. Diagnose where it matters, build the workflows, embed them.
Aeonda is run by an operator who scaled businesses at Google and DeepMind, took a clinical-stage biotech through a $2B Nasdaq IPO, and still builds AI systems every day. The coaching craft is certified (ICF, Co-Active). The counsel comes from having sat in the seat.
The principal
Aeonda is led by Roman Dahl. Fifteen years across Google, DeepMind, and AtaiBeckley, a biotech company building new treatments for mental health. At Google he planned $16B of ad revenue across EMEA. At DeepMind he built the first commercial AI framework across multiple Alphabet entities. He helped scale AtaiBeckley from lab research to a $2B Nasdaq listing; in 2026, Eli Lilly agreed to acquire the company for up to $4 billion. He coaches as an ICF-certified coach (Co-Active trained) and builds AI systems daily, including the stack that runs this practice.
